Getting Ready

During our break, we also pulled out the Christmas decor and purchased a new slimline tree. Our "Elf on the Shelf" even remembered his way back to our home.  I can't wait to see what crazy things this guy has up his sleeve this year.

Thankful

During these last nine days, we had a wonderful respite from all the hustle & bustle of work and school.  We enjoyed a trip to College Station, had the opportunity to spend time with both sides of family, and enjoyed each day outside in the beautiful weather.  Happy Thanksgiving to all!!

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving from our little turkey. Ri was the turkey in her Thanksgiving play this year, just like her big brother during his Kindergarten year.

We Can Officially Sing The Song

The other tooth finally came out, with a little more hesitation than the first, although it was hanging on by a single thread. She quickly got over it and now loves the attention of missing both teeth. Being cute is an added bonus!

Soccer Season Fun

Last weekend, we hosted an end of season celebration for Q's soccer team. The "Dragons" were undefeated until their last game, where they lost by only one or two goals.  It was a disappointing loss to our boys, but a great challenge for them. Always supportive of each other and encouraging of each other, they can't wait to start up the next season.

All She'll Want For Christmas....

Is those two front teeth.  Ri's top left tooth was flapping around, making us all queasy, so we had to pull it.  It will only be a matter of days before the top right one comes out, too.  She keeps wiggling it with her tongue, getting it ready.

Turkey Trot

This evening I had the opportunity to watch my big girl perform her "Turkey Trot" in dance class.  She & her partner were quite good at the tango.
